odac trial 2:
its actually a games trial
goodness..the crowd seemed to have reduced by half.
guess everyone else had real bad aches and couldn't go on.
but mann.u guys missed out on the fun!

we ran 4 rounds ard the track to warm up(1.6km).
den started playing games from 5 to 7pm.
played:
-hadicap bball.(i had my wrists tied together..u get the idea of the game hurr.loll)
-muddy crawl(name it myself.have to crawl under benches on canvas sheets covered
with mud to collect coins)
-blindfold obstacle course(not bad! took turns to lead a teammate thru diff parts of the obstacle course.FUN..playful odac seniors keepin pushin me and distractin me!)
-hop hop game.(nothing much.merely hopping and getting hit by water bombs and
starch-filled bombs!)
-food station(gotta throw food to team mates turn by turn. till the last stop
where we have to use a frisbee to hit an empty bottle on the ground)

got all muddy.wet and gross..but i deifitely enjoyed! my odac grp mates rocks.

then we had to go thru an interview(interiewed by odac seniors)
and wrote down our feedbacks(-ve ones)plus contact details
before leavingg

like 3/4 less tough today.

my leg is aching real bad.
my chest hurts.

had pe today and i had to rest like loads of timess during the run)):
completed those 5 rounds though.

guess i'm gettin weaker.SIAN.

had odac trial 1 just now.
was EXTREMELY tough.
we jogged 3.2km(ard the canal outside the jc)
then we got through 5 stations
namely,
1)leg raisers(like hundreds of them)
2)obstacle course(this was fine)
3)shuttle runsssssss(fun)
4)bunny hopsss..(goodness..muscles ache till i can't stand properly)
5)bench liftingg(girls did in pairs.)

and we ended off with 2 rounds ard the track.(they lied saying that we had to jog 2.4km..but oh well..they're nice ppl.)

it was all so successful..until the last station,bench lifting.
i felt a sudden pain at the chest. then i realise i over-worked.
and my asthma seems to be coming back.so i rested for awhile..
not only this, i had a couple of leg cramps..PAIN.

but i went through everything..
so i hope i can qualify for trial 2.

though everyday is nicely planned and organised with
various events, but its simply meaningless
